Allston Board Of Trade
The Allston Board of Trade, established in 1932, serves the Allston business community and the neighborhood as a whole. Serving typical chamber of commerce functions, ABOT was founded as and remains a government liaison for local business; while keeping a functional community service focus. ABOT's goal is to help maintain Allston as a vibrant community in which to live, shop, work and raise a family.

Allston Village Main Streets
Allston Village Main Streets (AVMS) is part of the country's first citywide, multi-district Main Street revitalization program, a non-profit, public-private partnership between the City of Boston, the National Main Street Center and neighborhood stakeholders. The program relies on volunteer community involvement with staff support. AVMS's mission is: to help make Allston Village a thriving, safe, friendly business district which provides diverse cultural offerings and a variety of businesses which both serve and employ residents, to promote Allston Village, so that people will want to live in Allston and shoppers will come from other areas to enjoy its vibrant arts, retail and entertainment offerings, to work together through Allston Village Main Streets, helping the community make Allston a great place to live, work and socialize, embodying the slogan "It's all in Allston."

Our Lady of the Presentation School
Recent changes in the structure of the Catholic Church have put a strain on many communities. We are committed to helping Our Lady of the Presentation remain open during this restructure. By taking away the school, you take away the neighborhood. Please support the school any way you can.

The Irish Cultural Center
In October 1989, a group of Irish and Irish Americans from the greater Boston area met to discuss the possibility of establishing an Irish Center. As of October 2002, almost 4,000 people have shown their support for the project by becoming members of the Irish Cultural Center, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Irish culture. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, incorporated in 1992, and tax-exempt status was granted by the Internal Revenue Service in 1993.
